Facility Usage & Rental Information
The Wagner Community Center, the Moyaone Pool, the Hollyfield Pavilion/Tiki Bar, and the Community Commons Kitchen are available for use and rental to Moyaone Association members in good standing or current Moyaone Pool members. This is not a rental facility for the greater Accokeek area or for individuals, groups, or organizations with no connection to the Moyaone Reserve or for residents of the Moyaone Reserve who are not paid members of the Moyaone Association.
Each Moyaone Association member in good standing is afforded one free use per year (outside black-out dates) of the Wagner Community Center or Hollyfield Complex. This member benefit is not transferable. A completed application and a security deposit check are required for all group events regardless of residency. Reservations will only be accepted when submitted in writing to Karen Allen.
