The Moyaone Association owns and operates four communal spaces known collectively as the Moyaone Commons:
- Wagner Community Center
- Hollyfield Complex (Pavilion, Tiki Bar, and Kitchen)
- Moyaone Play Fields and Court
- Moyaone Pool
The first three spaces are maintained by the Buildings and Grounds Committee; the pool by the Moyaone Community Pool Committee; all are funded through Moyaone Association dues and voluntary contributions.
Facility Usage & Rental Information
The Wagner Community Center, the Moyaone Pool, the Hollyfield Pavilion/Tiki Bar, and the Community Commons Kitchen are available for use and rental to Moyaone Association members in good standing or current members of the Moyaone Pool. It is not a rental facility for the greater Accokeek area or for individuals, groups, or organizations with no connection to the Moyaone Reserve or for residents of the Moyaone Reserve who are not members of the Moyaone Association.
Each Moyaone Association member in good standing is afforded one free use per year (outside black-out dates) of the Wagner Community Center or Hollyfield Complex. This privilege is not transferable. A completed application and a security deposit are required for all group events regardless of residency. Reservations will only be accepted when submitted in writing to the appropriate committee chair.
